Gage Calibration and Repair Technician: Privately owned, 30 years in business Commercial Metrology Laboratory has an immediate opening for Calibration technician to repair and calibrate a wide variety of general purpose Mechanical tools, ranging from digital and dial indicators, calipers, O.D/I.D. micrometers, bore gauges, thread, cylindrical gages, height gauges, mass, toque, flow, force, pressure, and vacuum gauges. All calibration to be performed in accordance with NIST traceable standards. Company is accredited by A2LA to ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, 9002 and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1. Local travel may be required to perform on site calibration at customer facility, and able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance. F/T, 2-3 years of experience is required. Requirements:
Technician must be familiar with all type of hand tools: dial and test indicators, micrometers, dial caliper, Height Masters, Height Gauges, Bore gages, thread, cylindrical, mass, torque, pressure, vacuum, force, and flow gages.
